Enterprise GenAI adoption at M3M

The short version

Led enterprise-wide Generative AI adoption for a large real-estate group: mapped high-impact use cases, deployed a single enterprise GenAI platform, and trained functions to build their own AI workflows.

The challenge

GenAI interest was high but scattered — pockets of individual experimentation, no shared platform, no governance and no repeatable way to turn a use case into a working workflow.

The work behind it

• Mapped the use-case landscape function by function and prioritised by impact and feasibility.
• Deployed one enterprise GenAI platform across three group companies.
• Designed a capability-building programme: hands-on training on GenAI tools, prompt engineering and AI workflow development so teams could ship their own workflows without a central bottleneck.

What changed

• Adoption scaled to 300+ users across 23 departments.
• Functions now build and run AI-enabled workflows independently.
